Administration/Office Support
Rochester Armored Car seeks qualified individuals to be a part of carrying out the important functions necessary to support operations, sales, and training and auditing. These functions can be in accounting areas; Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Contracts, Human Resources, Business Continuation and Compliance of all kinds.
Skills / Qualifications / Requirements
- 2 - 5 years business support type experience.
- Microsoft Office Skills.
- Positive attitude with good overall understanding of individual roles presented in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Accounting, etc.
- Steady employment history in office environment.
- Ability to work without supervision, to meet deadlines, be organized and a team player.
- Communicate with Operation Managers, Sales and Service Coordinators, Sr. Management and Customers.
- High School / GED or Bachelors Degree depending on position.
- Pass a comprehensive background check that includes criminal, credit history, and a DOT drug screen.
