Rochester’s Director of Cash Vault Services, Diane Cahill, Retires
Effective Monday, March 18,2019, Diane Cahill will retire as Director of Cash Vault Services for Rochester Armored Car after 16 years with the company. As the Director of Cash Vault Services, Cahill oversaw the cash operations for 13 cash rooms in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Texas.
Cahill joined Rochester with 25 years of cash vault experience. She was originally hired by Rochester to oversee Omaha’s Cash Vault Services and help train the other locations, but her role quickly evolved. With the customer in mind, Cahill streamlined systems and fine-tuned procedures that resulted in a more consistent, efficient, and customer-oriented product.
“We are extremely grateful to Diane and the changes she helped implement to our Cash Vault Services,” said Joseph M. Shea, president of Rochester. “With her leadership and knowledge, we were able to significantly grow that side of our business. We wish her the very best in her retirement.”
Rochester Promotes Tracy Dreessen to Director of Cash Vault Services
Tracy Dreessen has been selected to fill the position of Director of Cash Vault Services. Cahill explained that Dreessen was selected because of her experience and because she is always extremely mindful of the customer and how procedures and systems may impact the service they receive.
Dreessen has been with Rochester for nearly 14 years. She joined Rochester as a Virtual Vault Specialist. In this role, she helped implement an automation process for all the cash and coin rooms. The relationships she developed with banks during this process led to her promotion to Manager of Customer Support and Training. Eventually, her role expanded to Manager Customer Service and Sales Coordinator. As Manager Customer Service and Sales Coordinator, Dreessen led the task of automating operations and reporting functions, which ultimately helped grow Rochester’s Cash Vault Services business.
Tracy has been a critical part of the department’s success and we are excited for her to take on this role,” Shea said. “Tracy always keeps the company’s mission – with honesty and integrity, to profitably provide the safe and secure transportation of valuables while giving professional and extraordinary service to the customer – top of mind. She excels in thinking through how any change we make could impact the exceptional service we strive to provide.”
