June 2026 — Rochester Armored Car is pleased to announce that Joseph W. Shea has been named Chief Executive Officer.
Joe has been a dedicated leader at Rochester for more than 30 years, playing an instrumental role in the growth and evolution of the company’s armored car services and cash management solutions. Throughout his career, he has remained focused on helping customers achieve their goals while ensuring Rochester continues to deliver the professional, dependable service it is known for.
Following his promotion to Executive Vice President, Joe expanded his leadership across the organization. In recent years, he has become increasingly involved in all areas of the business, helping guide operations, support growth, and shape Rochester’s long-term strategy. His leadership reflects a deep commitment to continuous improvement, strong partnerships, and delivering exceptional service at every level.
Joe also is actively engaged in the broader financial services industry. He works closely with the Federal Reserve and serves on the Cash Advisory Council, contributing to key subcommittees.
As CEO, Joe will continue to guide Rochester’s strategic direction, building on its strong foundation while positioning the company for future growth, operational excellence, and innovation.
